This winery is not large or flashy. There is no restaurant on site. However it does deliver quality wines that are luscious and full of depth and body. Many fans have returned to this classic year and year again. The original owner learned his craft...More

The Naramata bench is beautiful and has fabulous winery's with all sorts of tasting rooms from over the top opulent to sheds. What we were looking for was really tasty wine. We found it at Nichol Vineyards. It is tucked in at the end of...More

Okay, so this place is cute and rustic as others have said, but I feel they fail in the wine department. Their pinot gris is nice, and I've had it before. We went there, because I thought this meant their other wines would be just...More

This winery had some of the best wines we tried and the best views! The people were great and accommodating! Definitely will go back next time I'm in the area!

Quite rustic. Nice views from the deck. An unusual experience, similar to other reviewers’ comments, below. We tasted Cab Franc and Syrah and left a $3 tasting fee.

We visited this location during a wine tour. The lady at the tasting room seemed uninterested and not engaged. The wine didn't impress and we walked out of this location empty handed

We have visited here often and quite enjoy the wine. Unfortunately, despite the sign, the winery was not open when we tried to visit. Call in advance to confirm their hours.

Nichol Winery is in a nice location, with great views over the hills of Naramata. The nine mile white (mix of Gewurztraminer and Riesling) was the highlight of the tasting. The tasting room is nice and spacious and it's possible to enjoy a glass on...More
