This interactive museum is most impressive. Step back in time and see how transportation used to be. From work models to the elegant carriages of Europe they have been perfectly restored and displayed. Many are valued over a hindred thousand dollars. Kids can enjoy hands...More

Had a great time going back in time to see the old horse drawn carriages. So much to see. There are a couple interactive activities the kids enjoyed, like learning to drive a sleigh. Well worth the stop.

Carriage and other horse-drawn wagons have been a critical part of North American history far longer that that of the motorized vehicle, and this museum has samples of most that existed. Although there are many ultra-luxurious fancy carriages, there are even more that demonstrate daily...More

Staff is excellent and very knowledgeable. Displays are well laid out and very educational. The variety of horse drawn items are amazing. Be sure to take an interpretive tour as there's so much more information than just observing the displays.

We are glad you could find us in the smoke! It has been a terrible fire season, but we are glad so many like you were able to come see us.

We went to the carriage museum with a group of individuals with disabilities. They really enjoyed every part of it. The carriage ride is an extra cost I believe $6 and we filled the wagon. It goes around a little loop and they even let...More

In a time of automobiles, it is hard to imagine that carriage & wagon companies were major businesses, competing with each other with makes and designs, just like car manufacturers do today. This museum is wheelchair access and very informative with even a few hands-on...More
