Fun place to spend a half hour and learn about the history of the island. Fun and funny items to browse and completely child friendly. Don’t miss the playground out behind!

Worth a quick 15 min. walk through. Not much, but free. Hard to say more. Interesting old cottage and antiques and photos. Also, free water and lemon aid.

I've been to Wrightsville Beach 3 times now and never stopped in here. We originally tried to go here on a Monday but they were closed. It's nice for a free museum (they do ask for a small donation but we weren't pressured to give...More

Old relocated house with a few pieces of take along literature and rooms full of "vintage" stuff. And don't forget your "loop" Tee shirt. Sad.

I have been trying to get down to this museum for a while. I fianlly got the chance this past fall and spent well over an hour and a half there. Every room is fascinating, a treasure trove of trivia and history. The 3D miniature...More

The museum was so poorly done. I was looking forward to seeing the history of the island and all that was shown was a model of the island and pictures for sale.

We've been to this little museum on the Loop several times and it never fails to entertain, especially if you have a connection to Wrightsville Beach. The volunteers are wonderful, full of information and very friendly.
