Fun little diversion, especially when the weather is iffy, the pool and beach seem a bit stale, or the heat is getting to you. Interesting information about Camp Davis (the WASP presence during WW2) and the missile program (a precursor to NASA) after the war.

The people there were so kind and informational. Had no clue of the wealth of history that surrounds the island and the outer areas. Things you don’t learn in the history books. Thank you.
