We normally golf at our home course in the very flat Low Country of SC, so this was a challenge for us both! The greens are very undulated, sloping and fast! But overall it is a beautiful course and the staff was very friendly and helpful! We're planning to come back to the area in the spring/summer so we can... More

Played golf here with friends - front nine was interesting but not in the best condition. Would play it again but earlier in the year. We will never return to the on-site restaurant and bar - probably the worst experience we have ever had. Three hours to get a meal and two drinks - food was indifferent and several orders... More

We played here the week after a lot of rain, and the course was not manicured yet. It was difficult to find our golf balls in the middle of the fairway. Very pretty, though. We would play here again under different circumstances. Staff was very good.

And pretzels and beer cheese what a nice day and a good break on the falls tour. Friendly staff and service. Pizzas looked great but plans were to dinner at Bloosums in Waynesville ..

Great resort golf course. Don't let the short yardage fool you...this course requires good shot making and prior course knowledge is a plus. I am a 3.4 handicap and I found it challenging to shoot in the mid 70's. Staff was very friendly and the course was in good shape. A stop in the adjacent Sapphire Mountain Brewing Company pub... It was a beautiful day. Staff were very receptive even though we had a GroupGolfer deal. Course was not too busy in the afternoon. We enjoyed the course but the course needs maintenance work in bunkers and tee boxes primarily. Greens were in pretty good shape.

This course is nestled in the mountains with spectacular views. The accommodations are better than average. The golf course is in poor shape. The fairways are thin and patchy. The greens are a joke. Only things missing are clown heads and windmills. At $60 a round, save yourself and your sanity.

Please do not waste your time or money. Starter let us go to 1st whole. The fairways are in awful shape, where there is grass, it's the same length as the rough. Long! Lye layout stinks, lots of blind shots short par 4, and long par 3's (200+). Worst part was the pace of play, maybe because everyone playing was... More

I played this course on Sunday in the evening with a group of men from our church. When I called to book I was told $45 for the 3:00 pm twilight time and $35 for nine holes. When our group checked in I was told that they didn't offer the $35 for nine holes at 3:00 pm but I wasn't... More

Nice layout and in reasonably good condition but at $80/pp, it is overpriced. The folks we played with went on GolfNow and got a rate of $60/pp which is what I suggest to anyone looking to play here. There is no driving range or practice putting which was disappointing.
