Easy hike with well maintained trails and surroundings. There is an small entry fee to help the Tryon Garden folks keep up with the maintenance of the trail. We are in our 60s and it was absolutely a comfortable and beautiful hike. Great for kids...More

Beautiful trails & the waterfall is so beautiful. Perfect fairly easy hike for a couple of hours. You could bring a picnic lunch-there are tables along the way.

Most of the trail has guard rails to keep you on the path. It is very scenic but not a place for wading in the water.

Dogs are not permitted...only leashed service dogs per their website.
