So interesting this place is, even when you're not a huge car enthusiast. We spent a while in here, there is so much to see and so important to this little town. I can't imagine how much this collection is worth, so many rare vehicles are stored here, so many little collectables as well as big! Do not drive through... More

Well what I can about this surprise pack it without spoiling it. I really enjoyed the great range of cars and was not excepting to see such a great collection. The price of the ticket is well worth in my opinion. The incredible collection of cars, motorbikes and even electric bikes from bygone days was huge. I became so absorbed... More

Great museum with a reasonable entry fee. Very early cars and some rare ones - all well preserved! We spent a while there - there's lots to see and read.

An interesting museum in a small country town, with some superb vehicles. Well worth a visit, spend time looking at Australian oddities such as the Leyland P76 and the Valiant ute from Crocodile Dundee. There are also some interesting Uk and European cars from the early days of motoring. It is a pity there are not more visitors but this... More

I was expecting a few cars, but boy was I surprised. The incredible collection of cars, motorbikes and even electric bikes from bygone days was huge. Beautifully restored and displayed, it was like a journey back in time. My husband was so absorbed, he would have happily stayed for a few hours. A credit to the owners and a must... More

Visited the motor museum on a recent weekend trip to York. Open from 9.30-2.30pm so need to go early. Probably take an hour to have a good look round but could be done quicker. $25 for a family ticket.

You don't need to be a car lover to enjoy this fine display of old cars. Beautifully restored and maintained. Well set out with interesting information on most of the cars and motorbikes. Concession rate is only $6.50 (cash).

The Museum is located in the main street of this historic town. Easy parking and low cost, the museum gives a glimpse into motor vehicles and services of years past. It is a great place to experience some very expensive and rare vehicles, photos, and other quality museum pieces. York is a very interesting place to visit, some 100kms from... More
