This is a spectacular piece of nature’s architecture. Only a short walk the colours and shade amaze. See it!

We read mixed reviews about Wave Rock and wondered whether it was worth the 4 hour drive from Perth. The drive was much more interesting than we expected, with varied scenery, quaint small country towns to stop in and tge roads were great ( no...More

Check out this natural wonder. A little out of the way but breathtaking when you hit it. The walk is a little challenging so stick to the path

Wasn’t too sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by all the things to see around the area. It was great to climb the rock and walk to the hippos yawn.

These granite outcrops are a common & unique feature of WA's wheat belt but mother nature has done a special sculpturing feature on this one

Hyden is a nearby overnight stop for visiting Wave Rock, which is a unique rock formation due to the shape and the colours. It's a good place for a break when driving south to Esperance. Having walked past the actual wave shape, you come to...More

Lots of people say it isn’t worth travelling to wave rock. My view is it is totally worth it - not just to see the rock itself, but also the various other attractions in the Hyden area, as well as the journey and attractions as...More

Impressive rock formation. Make sure you take the time and do the walk that goes up over the top of the rock as well

I’m terribly sorry I cannot answer that. It is a National Park, so maybe get in touch with them directly, or the caravan park might be able to help you too. Good luck, sourcing your answer.

Any time any day is fine. That time of year, bring your fly nets & repellents!!! Don’t forget them, the flies will ruin your trip

I think it is. We certainly had to pay a fee (from a machine in the car park) but I think it was only $10 or $12. Definitely worth it. Lots or flies, so if you're going in a warmer season (I was there in May), be prepared!
