Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

There are Beam e-scooters that park along the esplanade available to hire that could be rode along the esplanade. A fun family activity.

About 2km long, The Esplanade is a street that runs along Esperance Bay from the Tanker Jetty area to the south where it turns sharply inland to rise and become Twilight Rd. Parking is not a problem here and there are public toilets. The first day we parked in Taylor St where there are many parking bays as you can leave your car here when you take the daily cruises that depart from this pier. Proceeding on foot you can see the sea of the bay, the beach and the piers. There is a sculpture of a whale tail while at the intersection with Andrew St, in the middle of the roundabout, the wildlife of the bay is represented. For the rest it is a relaxing succession of well maintained green areas and nice recreational activities. Nothing special or memorable, but a pleasant and peaceful way to stroll along the seafront of a beautiful seaside town set in a gorgeous and colorful bay.

This is well maintained and has shared use (foot and cycle) paths all the way along. Places to stop and sit and watch the ocean. Public toilets that are clean and public open air showers should you fancy a dip in the ocean.

Visited on Wednesday 20th November. The area near the old jetty has been done up and is a great spot to stop and check out the foreshore in Esperance.

Got into town on a beautiful sunny day and talked the wife into exploring the Esplanade a bit and then have lunch. Plenty of green spots with shade shelters to choose from and facilities plus kids playgrounds & spots to swim. A short stroll before lunch got us in the mood. A beaut spot in a beaut little seaside town.

Easy, daily walk along the foreshore with great views of Esperance Bay. Love that there’s a couple of playgrounds along the foreshore for the kids to play in. Paths are wide and always clean

Good for cycling or walking this area offers much more. One of the best children’s play areas I have seen for a while with works of art as well. Grassed areas with native gardens for ones enjoyment. All this is great with the Southern Ocean in the background.

The Esplanade basically runs the entire seaside front of the Town. Starts at Harbour Rd and couple of K's later ends at the Noresman Rd. In between is parkland (Port Authority, Bow, Adventureland), beach areas, WC's, Restaurants, Play areas, Seating & Relaxation spots. The Esplanade is great for a walk, a jog or a cycle, your pick, plus plenty of free parking and just the beaut view of the blue waters of Esperance Bay leading out to the Great Australian Bight, Beautiful place !
