Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We hadnt planned on staying at Quagi Beach but was told about it just before we left Esperance.Good roads in there and a beautiful beach.Lots of camp spots (14)and $15 per spot regardless of how many people are there.Drop toilets and unpotable water as well. There was no camp host so there is an honesty box to put your money in there.Quite busy but we never saw any of our neighbours unless they walked past our camp spot.Internet reception down on the steps to the beach but nowhere else.Lovely rocky outcrops and excellent fosicking spot.Really enjoyed our stay there.Had a baby snake slither over my foot and didnt know what it was till I turned back.Did see a couple of snakes whilst there but they were avoiding up so no problem.Take your own toilet paper to the toilets as there wasnt any when we were there.

Such a pretty spot. 18 Well set up camping spots. Clean drop toilets.
We were lucky to get a spot due to being holidays. Great beach, little swimming holes on good weather. Lovely walks to back beaches through National Park. Honour system. $15 per night.

What a spot! Found by mistake, because travelling with pets has limits but this place allows camping with pets. So picturesque, dolphins and other wildlife. Quiet and just so peaceful

Unsealed road in but not a 4wd track, part of the Stokes National Park. Good looking camp site, lovely sheltered beach but bad signage in from the main road.

this beach is a bit north of Esperance and the dirt track to it is generally good even for our 2 wheel Hyundai! We loved collecting the shells along here and was an interesting beach

Quagi beach camping is a private camp ground run by the Esperance shire on the eastern side of Stokes National park. The signage from the main hwy is none existent so make sure you know where you're going (but this may also help keep it quite, as it is first in first served for the designated spots). You get a toilet block, rubbish bags, and limited water (not drinkable) all for $10 night! We were there on the Monday night of a long weekend and sadly the "ranger" hadn't been out to take away the weekends rubbish or top up the toilet paper, but surprisingly the area remained clean and tidy (obviously the campers know a good thing when they have it and kept it tidy). The camp spots are of varying sizes and although they are relatively close you don't feel on top of one another with all the bush around you. Also most of the sites had little shade huts too. The beach there is lovely and the headland and rock pools were great to explore with a little one. We only had a stop over at the end of our trip but will be returning for a longer stay to explore further.
