The bikes are excellent quality and the service is fantastic. This is our 3rd time hiring bikes to explore Dwellingup and we were not disappointed. We are a family of 4, with 2 young girls, 8 & 11. Great advice from the staff. The bikes are fantastic for all ages.

I can’t recommend these guys enough. I was riding the Munda Biddi Trail from Perth to Albany. My pannier rack sheered off 30km (by trail) from town. I made it to the main road and pushed it for an hour until I had reception. I rang Dwellingup Adventures and Alicia didn’t hesitate to come out and collect me and drop me in town.
They provide an amazing DIY Service Area to work on your bike inside their shop with tools, degreaser, WD40 and a small compressor to inflate or check your tyres. And they sell most things you need for MTB and trail rides.
They’re a really helpful bunch and they also run the amazing Wayfarers Cafe next door. I spent quite a bit of time in their over coffee and some good toasted sandwiches while waiting for my new rack to arrive.
Thanks Alicia, and thanks team, you’ve made this Queenslander very grateful for the warm West Aussie hospitality!

I rang these guys about 1030 this morning from Jarrendale. My problem was a Broken spoke, a flat tyre, and generally unhappy derailleur.
Peter quietly talked me through some fix or hire options - all good.
I also got offered a lift to dwellingup a little later in the day.
That all worked out and I have a serviceable fix of my own bike to head south with.
Phenomenal service.
Highly recommended.

I stumbled across Dwellingup Adventures and glad I did. A company that hires out a range of equipment such as canoes, rafts, mountain bikes and camping equipment. I was interested in the bike hire as I was looking to introduce someone to cross country/single track riding at nearby Marinup.
The bike hire was a great price $10 for an hour up to $30 for the day. The bike itself was nothing special, standard hardtail mountain bike, I can't say I was a fan of the pannier rack but then these are often used for thelong distance, off road, Munnda Biddi trail. It rode fine around the trails and I had a great day.
So the kit was good, the price was good and the service was excellent. I was dealt with by a friendly, chirpy and polite girl who just epitomised great customer service.
If you are after a more adventurous tour of the area or looking to have a go at something exciting then definitely take a look at these guys. I'm sure that next time I'm out here to visit my sister, Dwellingup will be on my list of places to visit and I'll definitely use this company again.

We booked canoeing for the day. It was fantastic. So well organised and the surroundings were stunning. We meet Peter the guide at the Dwellingup Adventures office, were guided to the end point with our car and then driven to the start point where our canoe was ready to go. The guide had all the great tips for the area. It was such a fun day. An amazing way to get away from it all and enjoy pure quiet nature. I would definitely book all their other activities next time I want something fun to do.

Great service. Fantastic day out with family and friends on the river - kids aged 5 to 9. Rafting was really fun and felt very safe with the little ones.

I made a booking for the a 'fast raft' from their website and was informed only once at pickup that we could only use it between Yarragil and Baden-Powell day use area. This was a bit disappointing as we hired the 'fast raft' for exactly the purpose of what it states on the website:
FAST WATER RAFTS
Suited to longer distance paddles and rapids.
If we had known previous to our arrival of the paddling limitations we wouldn't have required the 2-day hire as it only takes a few hours in winter to do the whole 'allowed zone'.
I recommend putting the "allowed zone" map you provide at pickup on your website somewhere so others aren't caught out by this.
FYI for anyone planning to hire these for rapids.
Other than that, the team were friendly and even supplied a raft foot pump because we hired for 2 days. Good thing as well, because the raft had multiple pinhole leaks. These didn't affect our paddling on day 1. The raft had deflated a little over night but the pump sorted it out.

We did the half day Kayaking.
Having followed Peter our guide to the Lane pool reserve in our car we then parked up & traveled on his bus the 6 km up stream where the kayak adventure begins.
You get 4hrs to paddle the 6km back down stream where he will then meet you to take the kayaks & you return in your car.
The river was fairly low for us as we were in December....
But there are still a fair few obstacles along the way & points where you need to lift the kayaks out and carry them, but nothing too challenging if you are averagely fit.
Wear enclosed footwear, put your phone/car keys in something waterproof & don’t expect not to get wet!!!
But great fun , I would definitely recommend this little adventure 😀

Hi there, we will be coming over in mid-October, and was just wondering if it would be a good time to do rafting with our 8 year old daughter. If not, would the water level be good enough just for canoeing? Tks!
