Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great service by the volunteers, good information and an interesting display of older skis and equipment as well as early ski outfits and fashion

A great place to visit with your kids or grandchildren how it all started at Mt Buller. Interesting ski boots and ski and fashion display.

This is a well laid out, yet small, exhibition. At the rear you can walk out to a huge open balcony area and take some amazing photos. We stumbled upon the museum when we needed a break from the weather and appreciated the warm seating and videos.

This museum is hidden away at the bottom of the main Alpine Central. A great shame as this is one of the gems of the resort. Something for people to do on a wet day or if they are not going skiing and had enough tobogganing.
There is no charge for this venue, however there is a donation box and I believe any contributions are most welcome as it runs on volunteers to man.
They have a video running which shows many of the personalities of Mt Buller doing their stuff.
All in all a great hideaway and well worth a visit if you are looking for something to entertain the family
