Having arrived quite late at the winery we were not even sure if we would be able to get a tasting. The lovely ladies behind the bar offered us a full tasting and took their time to explain and discuss the variety of wines offered. They were knowledgeable about the area and the wines as well as the history of Rolf Binder. We even managed to squeeze in a delicious pizza to accompany a glass of Bulls Blood Shiras, which was one of our favourites. So much so that several bottles came home with us to Victoria. We enjoyed a bottle of Bulls Blood last night with King Island Scotch Fillet - delicious. Wonderful to see these old family owned wineries still being handed down the line and producing the goods!

Very friendly staff who do not push there wines on you. They are good enough to sell themselves. Good value quality wines.

2nd time for us & once again had beautiful wines, did the tasting again & enjoyed every one ! came away with 4 varieties - Shiraz, Riesling,Chardonnay & Tramino Frizzante. Shared the shiraz with friends new year's eve & they raved about it. Wish we'd bought more. Sarah looked after us very well, nice to be met with a smile and be able to have a good laugh. Had a good friend from Melbourne with us (Michele) who enjoyed it too. Think we might stay for lunch too next time. Will definitely visit again next time in Barossa. Bob & Karen Merrett

We dropped into the cellar door at the end of the day on our arrival in the Barossa. We were greeted by the lovely Cynthia and were lucky enough to have Rolf there also. Cynthia was very knowledgeable about the wines and took the time to ask us questions and get to know us in order to make recommendations. We tried a number of their wines which were all very good and settled on some to purchase and have sent home. It was a very enjoyable cellar door experience. Very warm and friendly and a fun experience. We will be back!
