I have been purchasing wine through a wine club for a number of years and while in the Barossa, we decided to visit the wineries where some of the wines have been produced. During our second day in the Barossa, we dropped into Langmeil on...More

Amazing to see 175 year old vines at Langmeil. We sampled three of their famous Shiraz offerings - Valley Floor, Orphan Bank, and the truly amazing Pure Eden, a heavy, 15.5% top of the line wine at $130per bottle. A great winery with USA distributor...More

Over a two day period with our tour guide, we went to 10 wineries or so. This was probably our best cellar door experience over the two days. We did have a tour guide so we may have got a bit of special treatment i...More

The wine is good, but to be truthful, I really enjoyed the beautiful heritage buildings of Langmeil. They are largely in their original state with lovely lawns, a tree that is probably an almond tree, several wooden log planters and a visiting artist who was...More

This has to be one of the best Cellar Door experiences in the Barossa. The staff were welcoming and generous with their time. The wines too are exceptional and great value for money. It’s a must do for anyone visiting the area.

These guys know their stuff and we were lucky enough to spend a couple of hours here working through the tasting menu. Although the wines on the first page were “good” the real treasures were on the second page where the reds came alive! Our...More

Jonathan and his lovely team made our experience a fantastic one. We tried beautiful wines, learning a little about each one. They were very pleased to help us find our way around the Barossa and it was a personal tasting! Wonderful setting! Must visit!

Jonathan and the team are always welcoming, as regulars we feel like family, but there is always something new to try. Never gets old, so much ambience, Langmeil is a true Barossa brand ambassador, lovely heritage, fantastic wine - we love you guys!
