About
Stein’s Taphouse is a craft beer lovers’ paradise. With 15 taps of continuously rotating Australian craft beers and 60 more available in cans or bottles, a range of micro-distilled Australian spirits and liqueurs, not to mention boutique Australian wines, Stein’s is sure to have something to quench your thirst. Our menu is burger focussed made fresh and delicious in-house, using many local Barossa products. We serve foods such as burgers, sliders, hotdogs and pizza. There is something for coeliacs, vegetarians and vegans too. The food is designed unapologetically to complement our amazing selection of Australian craft beers, ciders, spirits and wines- all Australian, all from small producers. No white tablecloths, no silver service, no coffee and cake – just good, tasty food at very reasonable prices, served by friendly staff. New burger menu launches on Monday June 17th - Lots of burgers !!

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The bar staff are great, really friendly and great service.
The food.. well lets just say the "pulled beef salad" lacks beef. If you like a plate of iceberg lettuce, the ocassional cherry tomato, and a hint of avocado, with an entire sliced red chilli, then you will not be disappointed
If you want any actual "pulled beef"in your "pulled beef salad", you are likely to be bitterly disappointed. The scattering of "pulled beef", is as flavourless as it is scarce. For those looking for an entire iceberg letuce seved with 50 grams of "pulled beef" - you'll probably still be disappointed by the complete lack of flavour. Shittest pulled beef ever. The "chef" should be ashamed of themself.

Great vibe! Great food! Great drink selection! The Camembert, the wings, and the pizzas are so good! We’ve tried many items from the menu and it’s so hard to choose because they’re so yummy! Luke, the new owner is so friendly, welcoming and accommodating! My new favourite local venue!

A great place to visit the owners are very welcoming and knowledgeable on the local beers and where to visit. The food was very tasty the menu is a variety of pizza's and burgers as well as some sides. We had the Nuri steak sandwich and a Italian style pizza both were very nice, we will be back again.

This was about the 6th place we checked out for lunch. All the others were closed. Lucky we came here. The food was fantastic, the staff were great. The choice of drinks something I have never seen before

We had a lovely lunch at this venue. I felt that the stools were very uncomfortable to sit on for long periods and this needs attention. I ordered dairy free and unfortunately not sure if it was fully so, just know that I was very sick an hour or so later.
My husband did appreciate the wide range of beer that they had and sampled a few of them

Called in on a Sunday afternoon, lovely ambience, lovely lady serving behind the bar, so many beers to choose, but found a nice one, great background music from the singer/guitarist, all adds up to an enjoyable 90 minute stay. Will be back.

After a few days of going around the wineries in McLaren Vale and the Clare Valley we started our stay in the Barossa with craft beer served at Steins Taphouse in Narioorpa. On entering the taphouse we made our way over to the bar to select something from the main blackboard which detailed the fifteen varieties of craft beer, cider and alcoholic ginger beer/lemonade on tap. We settled in for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed our large burger and chips with chosen beer.
