Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely set up, nice area to sit and enjoy tastings whilst watching punters try hit golf balls into a wine barrel. Wines were ok, not quite to our palate but definitely worth trying

Overall, the experience was tainted by the poor service staff member (Sharon) and the punitive way in which we were met; we had a group of 40+. The lady who served us was really passive aggressive and as a result, no one was motivated to buy the wines, regardless of the quality. As a result, there was a large amount of potential sales lost.
In saying this, the shiraz was good.

Saw this winery just out of Angaston, drove in for a great tasting. The grounds were excellent and the tasting room was clean and well furnished. Very informative attendant, friendly and very helpful. The wines, especially the shirazes were a delight. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have had a 5 day visit to the Barossa Valley and Clare Valley. Every cellar door was welcoming and very generous to us. There was no great need to make a booking at any venues probably due to COVID . We visited Landmeil,Seppelt, Calabria,Tsharke Maggie Beer, David Franz , Underground , Shut the Gate and Knappstein. The quality of wines ranged from very good to outstanding .we mostly targeted white wines but also sampled reds and fortified. The community feeling across the valley was very gratifying with a sense of history and ancestry. Every town was pristine and well cared for

Visited with 2 colleagues and was absolutely blown away with the service from Roxanne. What a wonderful host and the wines were fantastic. Topped this off with a lunch platter, what a way to spend a quiet Wednesday. Thank you Roxanne and Thorn-Clarke wines for a great experience.

We were treated to a visit to this winery whilst on our Barossa Unique Trike tour.
The host was a very knowledgeable woman who enabled us to try all of their range.
