Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What an amazing pool it is! One of the largest outside of a hotel I have ever been in. Saltwater was a surprise it the water was very clean and clear. Well worth the drive.

The lagoon and allied play areas are ideal and attract people from all over, but, the changing/toilet facilities could do with expansion/upgrading as soon as possible as they let the remainder down.

What makes this so popular with young and old alike is that it's not all that deep (about one metre at the deepest), very sandy and so safe for infants and bathers alike. And the children have any number of swings and playground facilities to occupy them while mum and dad cook on the barbecues dotted throughout the lagoon surrounds. The path winding through from the Redcliffe Jetty to Redcliffe Point is wide enough to accommodate bicycles and pedestrian traffic simultaneously. And it's free and immediately below "restaurant row" so if the lagoon kiosk can't provide what you need help is at hand!

This lagoon is great fun on the weekend. We brought bacon and eggs so we could have a barbeque and the morning was lovely. The services such as the barbeques were very helpful. I enjoyed the morning.

Lovely spacious clean room with lovely balcony with beautiful views. The roof top bar was a cool place to hang out and the in house restaurant was great. Food was delicious and waitress was friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel happy. Would definitely stay again and would recommend it as a comfortable place to stay

Great spot for a swim in summer. Also great for children’s parties as long as you have many eyes to keep watch on them all around the water.
