- Sam HBrisbane, Australia1 contributionAmazing morning on The Llama FarmOur Veteran community had a wonderful time at the Llama Farm. Shane was very knowledgeable and was a great tour guide. - harmony11103 contributionsGreat experience on Christmas eve 2023I did an online booking and visited on Christmas eve 24 December with my family. The weather that morning looked gloomy like a heavy rain was pending but it did not rain at the 9am start time so there was no postponement. The drive although along unpaved sandy path was not difficult and the signage was quite clear for visitors to know that they have reached. The host was excellent, he was flexible to re-order the events and kept briefing shorter so that everyone could quickly go feed the camels and llamas before the bad weather came. Each family had a chance to take their solo photos with the herd of llamas and great scenery as a backdrop. Everyone had an enjoyable time, what was shared of the animals' habits were educational and informative. There were other farm animals to see like the turkeys, chickens, goats, peacocks, donkeys, ponies, etc.Visited December 2023Travelled with familyWritten 3 January 2024

As a family, we did the Llama walk in the afternoon. It was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon. The hosts, Shane & Darren, gave great info about the llamas before heading off for our walk around their beautiful farm, which included a sunset view and a walk beside the Brisbane River. Shane took the time to stop during the walk to take some photos of us with our individual llamas, as well as a family group photo. We got to visit and feed camels along the way and to meet some of the other animals as well. Being able to be up close to the llamas was the best! They were very gentle and easy to walk with. I want to go back and do it all again! Thank you for a great afternoon.

Recently had a visit to the Llama Farm with some friends. We were pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed our visit . Our host Shane was most informative on llamas and all the farm animals. Our visit was not rushed and the time just flew by.

Utterly fabulous fun educational morning spent with Shane on his farm. Especially loved the Llamas, donkeys & peacocks. Such a great hands on experience. So appreciated the focus on making the animals welfare the highest priority. Very interesting & informative & learnt so much. Grandchildren could not choose their favourite animal & activity - there were too many!

We just had the best morning feeding camels and llamas, brushing miniature ponies and donkeys and parting a menagerie of other beautiful, sociable animals. The Farm is an absolutely stunning setting and Shane’s talks are equal parts hilarious and informative. Highly recommend visiting Shane and Darren’s farm!

Recently I visited the Llama Farm and, along with my extended family, enjoyed the Faces of the Farm Tour. It was brilliant. We learnt so much about Llamas and the other animals on the farm. Our group included an age group of two to sixty-three and everyone enjoyed interacting with the animals. I highly recommend this tour.
