Never have I been in an “escape room” before. Very unique experience. The teens did the puzzles in Santa’s Cottage, one of the few escape room businesses that has a fear-free room, so was excellent to get the kids thinking. This was great for reading comprehension, literacy skills, and navigating cultural norms for the teens. They solved most of the puzzles by themselves and when they couldn’t, there are options of pressing a “hint” button or being offered a clue by the Game Master, who can watch and hear everything going on. We are trying Atonement next.

Excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Puzzles were interesting and fun, and pitched at about the right level. We got 'out' in time, and weren't (too) frustrated at any stage. The brieing at the end was entertaining too, and showed how much attention the staff paid to customers.

First time doing an escape room, me and my daughter had so much fun. Our host, the beautiful Tiff was amazing and very enthusiastic in her craft. An absolute pleasure Thanks again 😊

Great experience. Well organised escape room with excellent, well thought out clues. We did the Santa’s room version and as a family had heaps of fun 🎄

AMAZING!! Was such a fun and unique escape room, the puzzles were challenging, along with the horror aspect (we did the shed) and genuinely had such a great time! I love that the hints are personalised aswel so it actually helps you, also kez is amazing and was so fun and wonderful and helpful. I’d highly recommend anyone to go check them out before they close!

My daughter and I had a fun time escaping Santa’s Cottage and getting back on Santa’s good list. A fun experience for young and old.

The best escape room!
Keziah is a fantastic host! I took my son and his friend along both 14, they had a blast! We all did! From the amazing collection of props in the waiting room to the atmosphere of the escape room! Lots of laughs and a great bonding experience! Highly recommend!

Was a great experience the owner was a fantastic and understanding host as my daughter broke something within the first 5mins and myself taking apart one of the answers to the clue before we have found the solution to finding the answer. We will definitely be returning before they close shops I highly recommend this for anyone and everyone

Me and my partner did both the ‘Santa’s Cottage’ and ‘Executioners Tool Shed’. From the minute we rang the door bell we were captivated; from the customer service right down to the detail of the experience. The details of each room were phenomenal and had obviously had a tonne of effort put into them. Probably the best advice I could give to anyone would be to use the toilets they offer before you go into the tool sheds ;)
