Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a great place to visit, unfortunately they do not have tours anymore, but the staff give you a lot of information about the Business.
The staff are first class treat you like friends not just customers.
Tastings of the products is free and no pressure, just take your time.
Excellent soft drinks and syrups for toppings and coffee.
We will always visit when in Crows Nest

We wre intrigued to see this small, traditional, family run soft drinks factory in action when visiting Crows Nest. Unfortunately they were not in production when we arrived and we did not have time to wait for the afternoon shift to start but the owners were very happy to give us a taste-testing session and tell us all about their traditional flavours (sarsparilla, anyone?) and methods.
It is wonderful to see a small business hold on to its customer base in a world run run the global giants like Coca Cola and their products taste really good, too!
The Crows Nest brand has been around nearly 120 years; here's to 120 more!

Yummy, yummy, yummy. These soft drinks are way better than wimmers!! The Musk, Raspberry, Blue Lemonade and Lime Supreme are delicious. Still to try the Lime, lemon/lime/bitters, double sarsaparilla. Might have to take another long road trip just to buy more!

It's a MUST DO for young and old. Watch the soft drinks and the syrups being made in the factory. See their unique collection of old soft drink bottles from around Queensland of all the prior independent privately owned soft drink makers that have since closed down or been bought out.
Next door to the Crows Nest Cafe, it's a must see.
We were told that there are 1 or 2 others in Qld but since it's beginnings in 1903, it's the oldest.

We stopped at Crows Nest and went for a walk, seeing the Crows Nest Cordial and soft drink factory we went for a look.
We where totally surprised, the owners are extremely welcoming, and gave a talk, while working. How the drinks are made and what involved. It’s was an eye opener.
Definitely give this factory a visit

On a recent stay in Ravensborne we found this wonderful little gemstone, Crows Nest Cordials.
Their great little shop had displays of old bottles and old factory items, but best of all was their Double Sarsaparilla Cordial. As I have not been to find good quality Sarsosrlla I bought a 5L container! It is so delicious, brings back childhood memories.

Yum... I am not a big soft drink fan but love the variety of flavours. Add as little or lot to Soda water. Grandkids love the toppings for ice cream. Really nice lady, great service

Great little spot to pick up some delicious soft drinks and flavour concentrates. The Lemon lime and bitters, lychee and double sarsaparilla are definitely a hit. Will definitely be back. Staff were very friendly and accomodating for us to try the different flavours available.
