Travelled over to Straddie with our 2 year old granddaughter. I was impressed with the efficient processes for booking in and boarding. We were asked if there were any children on board before deciding where we were best placed on the ferry. Had to return earlier than we would have liked on Sunday due to later ferries being fully booked. It was expensive just for an overnight trip, but we were unable to take the passenger fast ferry as we needed to take travel cot, etc for our granddaughter.

Amazing experience, the cafe/bar has a great selection of drinks and food! But I can thank them enough I had my times wrong and lucky enough to get on the ferry even being 10mins late absolute legends!!! Can’t wait to go back 10/10!

We booked a return Journey with Sealink online in October to Stradbroke Island. We were on holiday from New Zealand. I rang the company to confirm and they told me to call back when we knew the registration number of our rental vehicle. A couple of days before our journey I rang back and informed them of the registration of our vehicle. We arrived in plenty of time checked in and waited for the ferry. Driving onto the ferry and parking was well organized. The journey took about 45 minutes. On arrival we just dove off no problems. On the return journey just drove on after crew checked our number plate, no problem. The journey was smooth even though the sea was a bit choppy. The ferry has toilets , and a nice cafe. All the staff we dealt with were polite helpful and friendly. Very impressed with the whole experience. I would totally recommend Sealink ferries and would use them again.

This is our 4th trip to the island and always look forward to taking the car across on the ferry. The views are spectacular and we love a beer on the way across. Till next time Straddie 💙🏝️🐟🏖️

As usual a professional crew looked after us both coming to and from Straddie. We travel over and back about three to four times a year towing a boat and a caravan. We always get to the ferry early but often confused to which lane we should line up. I would suggest highlighting which lane should be used when returning from Straddie when towing. A minor issue but may make it easier for all

Very efficient ferry and connecting bus service to take us across the island. Grotto walk was great. Only complaint was that it poured with rain on bus ride back and bus roof leaked and I got soaked.

I've taken a few trips on the Sealink vehicle ferries and it is always worry free and easy. Great staff, great communication via emails with booking details etc. Very happy

Online booking was simple, clear and uncomplicated. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. Easy access to embarking and disembarking which was handled efficiently and timeously by staff. The café only board, seating and amenities were of a high standard. A most enjoyable experience.

We took many pictures and videos in the Island and shared them with my friends in WeChat channel. I played Taiji Boxing on the beach with my special clothes. That is an amazing experience! We hope we can be back very soon.

My wife and I with another couple spent 4 days on Stradbroke Island last week, taking our vehicle across the bay with SeaLink. Booking was made on line. The time spent on Straddie was very enjoyable, contributed to by the efficient service of the SeaLink team. They were ready for us when we arrived at the Cleveland terminal. We wanted to change our booking for return which was done expeditiously and efficiently by phone. The vehicle transport has good facilities and suitable eats and drinks for the transfer period of about 30 minutes.
