Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We accessed the park from the Agnes Water side via the sandy road.
There are three lovely beaches with camping sites.

Some great little 4wd tracks leading to some gorgeous little beaches and camp grounds. The start of the track is the roughest with potential to be quite soft in the dry.

Stayed at Middle Rock camp site for 5 days, there 3 sites I’m aware of Wreck Rocks is the last site which has long drop toilets and bore water.Middle Rock you have to bring your own water and there’s no toilets. There are picnic tables and chairs in each campsite a total of 9 sites in Middle Rock I think, very secluded, Entry to the sites are threw Anges Waters and Baffle creek we come in at Anges water end and it’s about 6 kms of sand track only for 4x4. Baffle creek end you can get to Wreck Rock with a sedan very easy drive, would recommend coming this way.

The weather looked bad (held off until the afternoon) but this place is just lovely. Composting toilet was good. Each campsite was seperate and we even saw the Ranger whilst we were here.

Headed out to Deepwater for a day trip from Agnes. Don’t be fooled you will need a high clearance 4wd. The track heading in from Agnes has some sections that are very torn up and rough. There is plenty of soft sand that will catch you out if you don’t pay attention. The drive is amazing though and the beaches are so secluded and beautiful. Great spot for a dip! Great day out if you are looking for something extra to do while in Agnes.

Beutiful beaches and interesting drive through the park. The track is a bit torn up at the beginning (from Agnes Water) but not too bad after that. Definitely worth a visit if you have a 4wd.

Red rock beach hike.
Wow what an awesome hike, approx 6k so make sure you have good shoes and water.
We took approx 3 1/2 hour to complete the hike.
We drove in on the gravel road to parking lot, was easy to drive in no need to park at reedy creek on the road, or you can and walk in 800m to start of hike.
Beautiful beach walk, then up and over rocks and grass hills to more beaches.
Views were amazing, swimming on the way, kangaroos on the beach.
This was an easy hike but long, some rock hopping and rock steps, board walk and loose sand, sandy slopes prob grade 3 walk. But don’t rush and enjoy the walk.
I would say this is the best walk in the area .
Highly recommend this walk but take lots of water, there are no toilets or water along the way.

Great place to relax and enjoy the beach and rolling waves. Off the beaten track and depending when you go, you've got the place to yourself..

We travelled into the Deepwater National via Agnes Water and other than the narly section at the start, which you do need a high clearance 4WD for, the rest of the track we would class as easy.
We discovered Flat Rock, Middle Rock and Wreck Rock beaches and they were gorgeous, secluded and unspoilt. I wouldn’t swim in the surf though, the currents are strong and the sharks plenty.
The only available (drop) toilet we saw was at Wreck Rock and each beach offered very basic camping sites. For young kids, Flat Rock is ideal due to the shallow water separated from the surf by the large expanse of flat rock.
The track is mostly one way, with sections to allow others to pass, consideration to other drivers should be used, although you may come across some who don’t consider your vehicle, which is the only downside to the track. Take your own supplies too.
Definitely worth the visit, we saw all of this in about 2 hours and will explore more next time.
