Green Cape lighthouse is probably worth a visit. Not open to public when we went. A long gravel road - about 45 mins off the bitumen. Not good for asthmatics, but otherwise good. Some good walking tracks on way. Can walk to Ben Boyd Tower...More

This place is amazing, took a bit to get to it, long dirt road 2 wheel drive accessible, it is absolutely stunning, was able to see whales from here, down side is that the lighthouse doesn't do tours unless previously booked.

Green Cape lighthouse has a lot of history, and arranging a tour is well worth it. The best aspect for us if all the whale activity you can see during the whale season. Take a thermos and picnic basket and wait for the whale show,...More

I am not sure whether you might see the lighthouse from the ship but you definitely won't be able to walk there. You need to drive south of Eden and then travel on a rough dirt road for around 40 Kim's to access the... More
