Saw this building listed on Trip Advisor - tried to follow the link but it would not connect. Nevertheless took a diversion to take a look at this house. The house is not open generally and there is a sign with a number to call...More

I was excited. But when we got in, yeah it was nice, clean, well-maintained, but then that curious and searching side of me wanted for more... but then got nothing. Seriously. It was just, literally, a house. There's not much history to read from the...More

We visited on a weekday so there's really nobody there. Most of the furnitures are from the same era as the house(not original) but it gives justice to the lay out. It will be helpful if they have labels with information on the significant parts...More

I am not sure if it's already closed but during my visit it was. The surroundings of the ancestral house is dirty and not welcoming.

You have to arrange your visit in advance with the city tourism office. So you get to see the outside of the house and read a plaque. Ho-hum.

The house is not really open to the public. You have to set an appointment to get inside. The house is well-maintained and the furniture are still intact. Other belongings of the late President are in display.
