There is something worthwhile seeing and reading in this simple museum, if you know what you are looking for. If on the other hand, a visitor dropping by is only looking for something to get for nothing, then he/she went to the wrong place.

There's nothing much to see inside the museum other than anything that tells about the Acuna and Roxases family. Seems like it is owned by one family.

They have a few artifacts of the Roxas family (Philippine President Manuel Roxas) but nothing much really. Other house museums has more to show.

We took the tricycle going there. For visitors like us the regular rate per adult is 8pesos kids are free. The tricycle can transport as much as 8persons. The museum is just beside the city hall and walking distance to the old Spanish bridge. Entrance is free. The museum is well organized and has good amount of historical displays. Make... More

This museum is an old water tank. As such the structure itself is full of history. Every few months they change their theme inside to promote everyone to visit, learn and appreciate culture and arts!

It is a quaint museum. They showcased clothes, old articles and even weapons. I just wished they showcased more of the city's history. Lovely museum and you would get to appreciate their history. Just so you know, they are closed on Sundays and they have a very beautiful gift shop.

The museum was small and simple. But from its simplicity, I was able to appreciate this place for what it is. The location was perfect, just near the plaza and other local dining shops. Its external structure, humble maybe, but has this classic appeal that it's maintained properly. Inside the museum, there are messages on the wall as to how... More

The museum shows a brief history of Capiz, had some myth characters from the Pinoy folk stories and some info. about the early Chinese traders that came to the Philippies.

I learned an immense amount about the islands history through the wonderful exhibits and accompanying texts. Although a single room inside the space is utilised to its maximum to pack in lots of interesting information. A must visit.
