A part of history, Lalbagh palace takes you back in time. Also interesting to note how lavishly some rooms were decorated while others were basic. The grounds around the palace was quite wonderful

Super colonial architecture. Well maintained. In the heart of the city. Good gardens around it. There is also nullah behind this palace and people say this was the escape route in times of emergency.

The most famous tourist attraction and the residence of the erstwhile rulers of Indore, the Holkars, Lal Baag palace gives a fair idea of the way the maharajas lived.
