Wow, that's gorgeous, fabulous and fantastic. You should stay a a hotel in front of Tain zi Mount, that's very warm atmosphere, although you might be among very cold weather.

There is no other word for this site apart from being so lucky to be able to see it myself. Love it so much and hard to describe it.

Tianzi Mountain is one of the most beautiful sections of the Zhangjiajie National Forrest Park. You can take a shuttle from Yuanjiajie, after getting off the Bailong Elevator, or you can walk up thousands of steps from Shi Li Hua Lang (Ten Mile Gallery). The bus ride from Yuanjiajie is about 30 minutes, and there are lots of sharp turns... More

The Wulingyuan park with the "Avatar floating rocks" sports much more dramatic and beautiful land forms. The Tianzi Mountain is beautiful and the sheer cliffs are reminiscent of Yosemite. The walkway around the top of the mountain is on a concrete sidewalk hanging out over the abyss. There is even a class walkway (but typically has a 45 minute wait).... More

The most mesmerizing scenery of Zhangjiajie are the corridor in the cliff at Yangjiajie scenic area, few people reached this area coz the road quite narrow and slippery, you passed by the one step to heaven before you reached the corridor in the cliff. Followed by the National forest park, better take the stairs for 3 hours to reached the... More

There are a lot of viewing platforms on the Tianzi mountain around the Helong Park. MUST see despite the tourist. I took the way down from Tanzi Pavilion to Ten Miles Gallery, it's steps all the way for 1 hour, with a few viewpoint along the way. From the gallery, take either the train or walk, very flat and only... More

Nice hiking but be prepared for crowds in the summer. If you got lff some of the main paths here weren't any crowds.

This is one of four scenic spots in Wulingyuan. The others are the National Forest Park,, Suoxiyu Natural Resource Reserve and Yangjiajie Scenic area. If time is at a premium, we would suggest using the round trip mini train for the ten mile gallery. If not, it is a fantastic trek. Your camera will be busy - beatiful scenery round... More
