Found this place to be a fantastic , peaceful place to relax . A real gem for the city of Raleigh... loved the history! GREAT GET AWAY for a business traveler like me to decompress...bring a pick nick lunch and chill with the kids too!

Quick stop when driving around Raleigh. Very pretty spot with a little beach. Downside is there is so much glass that you definitely shouldn't take off your shoes. My son enjoyed skipping rocks across the water.

This is one of Raleigh's best photo sites. The history and mill remain. You can climb down to the water's edge either near the dam or further downstream.

St. David’s School 3400 White Oak Road, Raleigh, NC 27609 This facility is a large private school that is directly across the street from Lassiter Mill Park.

There is no lake - not much to see from the parking area.
