Glad I did this!! However, it is very physically taxing to get to the spot of gliding. Wear comfortable shoes, a hat and have plenty of water!!! I would still do it again, but be more in shape!! hahaha

Highly recommend. My boys and husband loved it. Staff is great - ask for Luke. Worth every penny, plus jockey’s ridge is so cool to visit. Would do it again tomorrow.
