A good place if you want guns and drugs. Very rampant there. But great mexican food. Good little sales.

I visited Sweet Union years ago. Then a week ago it was the most horrible experience. Parking was a nightmare. There is no variety in what the vendors are selling. Mostly cheap things no one needs. Will not return.

This was our first visit to sweet union flea market. We came to spend a long weekend in Charlotte and decided to Google flea markets. This was the closest to where we were staying. The set up of the outside area was odd as it had you crossing back n forth over incoming traffic. There were many outdoor vendors. A... More

To me The traditional flea market features local crafts, art, and displays of local ware and fare. Not here. This was some kind of bizarre black market experience that was almost impossible to turn into from US 74 and a crazy quilt parking lot. The wares included obvious knockoffs of branded goods, used stuff reject by Goodwill and a cash-only... More

The Sweet Union Flea market has a flavor all its own. With its mostly Hispanic vendors, it has the feel if the markets of Mexico and South America. There is a wide variety of items, and the prices are good. And If you like Mexican food, there are several vendors and food stalls here.

I was able to buy some Mexican dried fruits. Most stuff were unexpensive clothes and toys and some other odds and ends but not really any valuable bargains. There are some stands with vegetables and eggs etc. .

I have been going to this place since I was small. It used to be a great place to go to on Sunday mornings to find some great buys. However, the dynamic changed a few years back because of some "unfortunate circumstances", and it hasn't reversed. It's just not the same as it used to be. Be open when you... More

I kind of knew what this place was going to offer before I went and was pleasantly surprised on the variety of goods that were offered. I like to try new things and have recently become a big fan of Mexican food. The food stuffs offered here were great. Yes they are mostly Hispanic vendors offering mostly Hispanic food items,... I had a job past this flea market that is how i found it. Wished I had looked on here first, that never even occurred to me. Yes it is very Hispanic (customers and vendors) and very busy, that isn't a problem. However if you are looking for a diamond in the rough, antiques, garage sales, or thrift store type... More
