I have been here multiple times, and love to show a newbie! It was very busy, but we did not wait long - maybe 20 minutes? They have the people moving thing down pat. A relatively inexpensive and cool thing to do.

I saw people carrying small dogs as previously state you get into some tight spaces and at one point of the tour you are in total darkness
