A great mountain course, the views were super, close to Grandfather mt. Donal Ross course which ment greens were very slippery and false fronts. A little pricy but a great course, would return again.

I am fortunate that my home course is a Donald Ross designed course. But, Linville is an early Ross masterpiece carved out of the mountains with mules...no tractors in 1892. They say it hasn't been touched by modern earth moving equipment since. This is a...More

Linville Golf Club is a old-line private golf club of high renown in the NC mountains, but it is open to the public for lunch, and I highly recommend it. You can get casual or fancier fare, but all of it is extremely well done...More
