December 3rd birthday celebration with wonderful live music. The wine tasting was very good. We had been to one nearby and the wines here were better. It's outside and it was a chilly day, but the wine and music made it great!

My husband and I visited this Winery last year with two other couples and had a wonderful time. We decided to go back this year on Memorial Day weekend with some other friends would have never been to North Carolina wineries. We told them what an enjoyable experience it was for us and that they would enjoy it as well... More

The staff here were great and really made you feel welcome. The scenery was fantastic and there was some live music to enjoy while we tasted. Responding to an earlier review, most wineries these days will not let you try every wine - the fortified/highest cost options are normally the ones that are not included. That said, you had two... Totally outdoors...would not recommend a visit on a super hot day. We were greeted by a super friendly dog that guided us to the large gazebo where we did our tasting. The dog was definitely the highlight. The man serving us did start off by letting us know that he didn't have any sweet wines( which is what we prefer)... More

My husband and I frequent wineries in North Carolina. We stopped into Junius Lindsay winery for our 24th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful conversation with the owner, Michael, while drinking exceptional wine!

A must stop , very near Richard Childress Winery. This very small family owned winery on the land of Junius Lindsay Zimmerman. , who settled the land in 1894. A third generation family live and share their passion for great south of France wine. The white wine was refreshing and the Reds were velvety smooth. We left with a bottle... More

Looking for a nice respite on a Spring afternoon? Check out this beautiful setting. A French train station inspired venue, outdoor tasting room covered by an awesome cathedral ceiling. Not to worry about weather, this venue has protective covering for those chillier days but during Spring, Summer & Fall can enjoy the cross breezes coming across the vineyard. All wines... More

My husband and I were looking for something fun to do in the Winston-Salem area on a Saturday afternoon and stumbled upon the Junius Lindsay Vineyard! We had an excellent time tasting their French wines (all made in NC, of course) and basking in the sunshine of a North Carolina afternoon. The atmosphere is casual and the staff are friendly...
