Went here for a couple hours with our six-year old while we were on vacation. The museum is fairly small and modest, but was a lot of fun. Big hits were the veterinary office area, the grocery store and the mining for gems.

Yes, a 13 month old would enjoy playing with several toys and exhibits that are just the right height for a standing toddler including: train table, sand table, gear table and others. He/she may enjoy driving cars, playing with puzzles/books, and climbing/crawling over big foam blocks. Toddlers enjoying transferring activities in our produce market and playing with blocks, too.
