Daughter looking for something different to do on cold day

The beach was too cold so it is off to arts and crafts. She made a wind chime with glass fusion. Down side can't get until after the 20th so there is lag time in completion.

I just spent a couple hours creating what I know will be an absolutely wonderful fused glass tray with a scene of sailboats on the water. It is now called OBX Art Studio and staff, Channelle, was so welcoming and helpful. Prices were reasonable and there are lots of examples of possible projects.

It was quite difficult to find because no where on the outside does it say Glazin Go Nuts... Once inside it took about 10 min to find someone who worked there to assist us. We visited there with 2 adults and 2 children today and the kids loved it. It was a good place to spend a rainy afternoon. Other... More

We enjoyed making cut glass and painted pottery. Pottery is left there to be fired. We picked up the pottery in about 3 days and it turned out better than I expected . TIP: If you are not familiar with what to do, ASK a staff member. I got the impression they assume you know. When I asked, I got... More

Great for older kids and adults. Unique option to make decorated glass. Takes a few days to fire though, so plan to pick up later in the week or they can ship it to you. Plan to spend a couple hours there. They are connected to a cute coffee shop, so you can make a long afternoon out of it.

If I could give less than a one rating, I would. There was absolutely no guidance here. We walked in (4 of us) on a Thursday afternoon. After standing around for about 15 minutes, we finally found someone that worked there. She looked to be about 12 years old. She only told us to pick out what we wanted to... More

Good activity for a rainy day or when you want to get out of the sun! A lot of pieces to choose from and an enjoyable activity. Not cheap but not too expensive.

Although grownups can and do come in quite frequently, most groups have young kid in them. You come here to paint your own pottery and the fire in the kilns to cure the clay and the glaze. I've done it with my grandchildren and it is a lot of fun.

Decent prices although it was the first pottery paint studio I've had to pay a "studio fee" in. Super helpful staff. Lots of items to choose from. Next time I will try out the glass studio. Painted on a Sunday, picked them up on the following Friday.

Perfect activity for a rainy day. They had a nice selection for such a small place, we had 5 kids with us and they all found something to paint, and the coffee shop next door has great coffee and cookies!
