Although you can no longer drive under the veil of the falls, it is still worth the drive from Franklin or Highlands to see this free roadside attraction.

Drove by Bridal Veil Falls but there wasn't much of a water fall only a trickle. Must be the time of year. You can usually drive behind the falls but its was closed off. Dry Falls and Bust Your Butt Falls were much nicer.

This is a pretty waterfall, but it is usually crowded. You used to be able to drive behind the falls, but the road is blocked off so you can no longer do so. It is right beside the road.

This can be viewed from the car as you drive. They must not have had much rain lately, as the falls were very small. They had the pull off closed off...so we could see it as we kept driving.

We saw it after a recent rain shower, so it was more than a trickle as other reviewers have said. It's on the way to several other hiking trails and falls, so it's worth driving by even if you can't drive under it anymore

This falls is right off Highway 64 between Highlands & Franklin NC. At one time you could under to the back side of falls. That road is now closed for safety.

There's a good place to pull off and park but at the time you no longer can drive under the waterfall.
