Hubby and I stopped on our evacuation from Irma. Amazed, impressed, and emotional. It is a small beautiful and respectful park. We walked into the tail end of an Army retirement ceremony. I'm from a military family. Fayetteville should be very proud of this park!...More

This is a great tribute to our men & women who served in our military (and are serving). There are nice walk ways with many places to rest and ponder the many sacrifices made by the people of our armed services. If you are in...More

All of the memorials are very impressive but the ones I liked best were the dog tags displays and the "Missing Man" table.

Military members from hundred NC Counties are honored at the Veterans Park which is on the same grounds as the museum. The interior displays are great, and provide a wonderful history of those from NC who served during various military conflicts.

Worth your time to stop here after leaving the Airborne and Special Ops visit. I wouldn't go here just to see it, it's just a very short walk from the Airborne and Special Ops visit. It supplements your visit and has unique creations to see....More

They accept donations. This is a nice park. There is also an indoor area with reader boards. Nice facility. While you're here you must go across the parking lot to the Special Operations Museum. It is donations as well.

The hours are for the small reception center and restrooms that are located on the grounds. You can walk through and enjoy the outside displays (95% of the park) almost anytime.
