Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Concord Mills has definitely gone down hill since the last time I was there. First of all, my daughter bought some pajamas at a store called the $7.99 store and they completely fell apart when she washed them. That's 16.00 thrown away. We went to Annie Ann's for a pretzel and while we were waiting a big roach was strolling right across the counter. Yes, I did tell them I wanted my money back! Gross! Most of the stores we went into the employees were on their cell phones and if you ask them a question they act like they will absolutely die. Hot Topic was honestly the only store that greeted us and even acted like they wanted to help. I doubt I will ever drive two hours again to go to this place ever again.

This mall is pretty large. Seemed to be well equipped with signage so you could easily determine where you were. Mall was pretty clean for how many people were in there. I didn’t find the pricing in the outlet store to be particularly good though so that was a little disappointing.

A couple of stores that I like are still there. Appears to be losing the best stores. I live about 40 miles away and TJ Maxx/Home Goods was what always brought me here. Now that they moved across the street, I don't see any need to return to the mall. It seems that there were more shoe outlets at one time. I also miss the kitchen stores. If they are still there, I missed them.

If you are in the area and just looking for something to do, it might be a good stop to say you have been there and done that. For your safety, go early in the day.

We’ve gone as a family with a teenager to this mall a few times since we moved to the Charlotte area. I wish they had more mall stores like a Macy’s. I do like the food court as well as the sweet treat options. The J.Crew outlet store is great! Bass Pro & Bed bath & Beyond are also nice. I also really like the fact that they have a Dave and Buster‘s & a movie theater.

Mall is terrible and has gone down hill. Waste of time. BAM is overpriced, employees rude. Stores close down each week. I cringe when out of town folks ask me to take them there. Such a waste of space. So disappointing. I was here when they built it and now it will just turn into former Eastland Mall-minus the indoor staking rink. Definitely NOT an outlet mall, just an FYI...... high prices

The bathrooms were unusable. The smell, over flowing toilets, actual crap all over seats. Even with a mask on I had to literally run out to keep from throwing up. We had to leave to go elsewhere to pee. All stalls have dividers, there is no reason for stalls to be closed due to covid. It was pathetic. I wish I could have breathed in there long enough to take photos for this review.

This is easy to get to if you are at the speedway. They have a lot of good choices of stores. Lots of good name brands and varieties, especially clothes. Food court looked solid as well. Nice and good shopping.

I don't like going on weekends or when the race is in town. The traffic in that area is horrendous! When I do go, during the week, it is clean, nice, has good places to shop either higher end retail or lower end retail and a nice Food court along with nice restaurants near by. There have been times I go there to just walk around at a brisk pace for exercise. All the way around is 1 mile.

Concord Mills Mall was a surprise. I took a walk around, watched a film at the AMC Theatres and looked for cauliflower pizza. It just has regular crust pizza and cannolis… On top of the regular mall food selections. Plenty clothes and jewelers. I liked earring, but it came in gold and white gold. I couldn’t make up my mind. So… Hallmark sells jewelry now. Good afternoon out
