Under the glow of summer stars, the Cherokee story comes to life. Performed in our 2,000 seat outdoor amphitheater, Unto These Hills is the family show too large for any screen.

Informative play

Seasonal play that runs in Cherokee that has been there for many years. Great actors and great story. The outdoor stadium is large as well.

I visited this place. It was a lot of fun. Good for the kids. But unfortunately those days are gone for the museum.

My wife and two grandkids went to see this awesome show which is a reenactment about the trail of tears. We all thought the play was fantastic and the grandkids loved it. If you want to be up on the story go to the museum and do the tour before the play; we learned a lot about the Indian Removal... More

Knew my history buff husband might enjoy - I'd seen Unto These Hills as a child while at summer camp and was interested in revisiting. Still a great show, they've just gotten way too PC for my taste - and it's pretty obvious. Wish we could tell things as they were or are without worrying about who might be offended!... More

It is a family experience. Very educational and entertaining. I got into every aspect of the performance that I cried. This visit was April last year

I have seen this drama twice and have enjoyed it both times. Loved the music and the acting. Highly recommend if your in the Cherokee area.

Enjoyed the play very much! It was very educational in a great story and theatrical setting. I also enjoyed the outdoor setting.

Purchased my tickets on line. It happens it was the last performance for the summer, August 20th. My tickets were VIP which allowed us to go to our seats 30 minutes early. This also allowed us restroom access earlier and we also had a back stage tour. We were given a "goodie" bag with water, mug and popcorn. A nice... More

An excellent production with a strong cast and a great set. The history of the Cherokee's trials was beautifully depicted and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The amphitheatre was the perfect venue and it's hard to imagine a poor view wherever you sit. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend this outdoor drama to both adults and children. Poignant potrayal of the history of the Cherokee Indians. A must see. The concessions are over priced so have dinner before the show.
