180 feet of pure beauty! After climbing the steps, about 160 of them, we discovered that we were SO glad we had made the journey! One of the prettiest waterfalls I have ever seen! A definite MUST!

Over 160 steps to a beautiful waterfall. Everything was very green. Mossy trees and rocks. Gps coordinate from TripAdvisor was about 3 miles too short to destination. Cell towers are non existent for the last bit of the trip. Stopped to ask for directions. We just missed the peak bloom of a flowering bush that lined both sides of river... More

Pretty hard to find but worth every minute of the time spent! Short easy hike to an impressive waterfall. Half of the hike is on well built stairs and the other half on a very well maintained trail ! Definitely recommended to waterfalls enthusiasts and photographers !

Once you get to the falls the view is gorgeous! It's a straight uphill climb with steep steps. My 65 year old father had a really rough time with the climb. The kids 16 and 11 loved it!

This is a nice place to stop & take in the beauty. The steps to get to the falls aren't too bad. My children, 13 & 10 had no problems maneuvering them. My advise...go later in the day. We went around 4:00 on a weekday and it wasn't crowded at all. Parking wasn't a problem either.

We went with my parents and children (8,12 &15) and had a great time! The climb was little tough for mom as she is just getting over hip problems but she made it!There are benches along the way. Views were breathtaking. Lots of photo opportunities as my son and I are both into nature pics. Definitely a must see if... More

This is the second time I have visited here I n a year. Falls are just beautiful... look at the big falls as well as little ones there. Steps are uneven, but navigable. Love it, love it, love it.

Mingo falls is a must see, easy walk up about 160 steps from parking lot. View is definitely worth the climb. Do not recommend this for people with children in strollers or anyone confined to a wheelchair... Trip is an easy drive from gatlinburg. Recommend taking in clingmans dome and newfound gap on the way. You can also stop and... More
