This facility has rafting, paddle board, zip lining, biking, rock climbing... great family fun for kids old enough to participate. Best for tweens to adults. I've taken my grandchildren many times... their parents too!! Make reservations ahead in advance of arrival. Rafting fills uo quickly snd you will probably want to go more than once. Enjoy!!

The NWC has really improved over the years and is well worth a day of activities if you like outdoor activities. They also have a very nice expanded food and beverage area. You can not only raft in the main water area but also mountain bike, canoe/kayak down the river, and zip line. The costs are also very reasonable.

Our workplace set up a day for the whole region to come together for a day of activities. We participated in the obstacle courses and rafting along with a catered lunch. The staff was great, our tour guide was HILARIOUS. A few of us were nervous about the more intense rapids and he assured us we could do it and... More

The WWC is a great place to relax and have fun. I especially enjoy the Food and craft Beers. The restaurant serves up some very nice dishes, delicious appetizers, Salads and sides. Can't wait til Spring when the RiverJam Thurs evening concert series returns.

If you are looking for fun and excitement this is the place to go. I took my two 13 year old grandsons and they had to do everything. They loved the ZIP line the most (went 4 times) and getting wet on the Raft.

There is so much to do even if you don't go in the water. The zipline is great. The restaurants have good food and a great view of others in the water. Big grassy spaces are welcoming for adults for picnics or children to run. Kids are really excited about the rock climbing wall. Parking is $5 but otherwise you... More

Hiking, biking, kayaking, rafting, it's all there. The website has several packages depending on how much time and what activity you are interested in. Lines can be long. It can be pricey but the experience is cool. Hiking and biking are free with a five dollar parking fee.

This place is great for people who like outdoors activities! There's so much to do there's something for everyone. The food and craft beer is wonderful too. A trip to Charlotte isn't complete without going to the WWC!
