Ok, my opinion is that it isn't a big draw but worth a visit if you happen to be in the area. First of all, what is the Fourth Ward? It's a small residential neighborhood containing many charming wooden early last century homes, a few...More

We were fortunate to have a weekend in Charlotte and took a segway tour to all the wards along our adventure. Each of them offered a lovely private park feel. Great job making such a beautiful city keep a part like atmosphere.

Visited as part of a Segway tour. Unexpected historic area with various eras of buildings. I may return for the Christmas tour of homes in December.

Hello, I see that they have tours for the homes in the Fourth Ward, but I am wondering if I can park somewhere and just walk around on the streets you mentioned by myself, or is blocked off.

Hi..sorry for the late response. For some reason I never got this question. I actually parked on a side street and walked the entire area and did it by myself. It seemed safe to me. It was not blocked at the time I visited... More
