- FSUgirlGreenville694 contributionsExcellent experience for a football gameWe had an excellent first time experience here at the Bank of America stadium in Charlotte. We sat in the silver club seats (section 313), which gives you access to a comfy indoor area with nice restrooms and plenty of bar & food options. The seats were comfortable folded-chair-back seats. There are two large score board screens at each end zone, and the game info (down, yards, play clock, etc) can also be seen directly across the field on a smaller screen. The staff was very prepared and made sure things went very smoothly, such as security check and scanning your phones for tickets. If you want to be sheltered from weather and sun, choose the higher rows in this section (19-21).Visited December 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 3 December 2023
- Lewis TElizabethton, Tennessee13 contributionsCharolette Adventure! It was an amazing adventure! We watched the Dallas Cowboys play in the Bank of America Stadium. The only issue was trying to get to our parking area because we were rerouted and ended up paying for another parking area close to the stadium. Other than that, I would do it again!! Also visited the museum of illusions, really neat to visit.Visited November 2023Travelled with familyWritten 3 December 2023
- Ddan7777Raleigh, North Carolina4,585 contributionsnot as grand as Lambeau Field, but still a good N.F.L. stadiumI went to see the Green Bay Packers play the Carolina Panthers (Packers won 33-30). A friend in Green Bay connected me with someone in N.C. who had Club Section (Silver) seats. This was my first time getting Club Section seats, so all of the so-called "amenities" (e.g., cleaner bathrooms, nicer food areas, cup holders by your seat, separate entrance to your seats, complete player rosters for both teams,.......) were new to me. It was fun. One small negative of the Club Section was that there were even more exclusive clubs within the Club Section to which I was not allowed, such as the Club Terrace; I found this a bit odd. The Bank of America stadium is fairly nice. It was about 70% full, a dramatic change from Lambeau Field, which is almost always completely full. Lambeau is more dramatic, but this stadium is pretty good.Visited December 2023Travelled soloWritten 25 December 2023

Easy to locate your seat and navigate. Driving into the stadium through downtown Charlotte was not fun.Visited December 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 23 July 2024
- Swiss manCharleston, South Carolina14 contributionsA great stadium and a great matchWe enjoyed the stadium a lot. We saw a great game Uruguay versus Canada with lots of action and goals with excellent seats and tasty food and drinks. We cannot wait to come back for Real Madrid versus Chelsea. I advise you to come to the stadium. It’s really the way to watch a soccer or football gameVisited August 2024Travelled with familyWritten 3 August 2024

So i went here for the Elton John farewell tour in Charlotte. It was a Mother's Day gift for my mom that I brought months ago. Anyways as we were entering the stadium, one of the security ladies stopped me and told me I could not have my bag inside because it was "too big". I was very upset and frustrated because the stadium or whoever created the event for Elton John did not tell their customers beforehand. It was a bag I got from Central America that I just came back 2 days before the concert. So she told me I had to walk towards Residence Inn and check the bag in which was about a 5 to 7 minute walk. I was so upset when they told me that no more bags could be checked in because they were full. I was so upset that I told the manager that I got this bag from Central America. I was very upset and very frustrated at how poorly the stadium handled about the bag situation. It was total nonsense of how they cannot tell people beforehand. We even missed a little bit of elton's first part. I was very upset at the stadium and they should tell customers beforehand and send them an email saying that certain bags are allowed in. I had a great time at the Elton John concert but this Stadium really needs to step it up. I came all the way from Asheville and I came from a two-week vacation from Central America and this was a Mother's Day gift for my mom because she loves Elton John. I even took a Uber to the stadium because I did not want to pay $40 parking for hour. I was also upset at the security guy who told the Uber lady who dropped us off that she needed to back out but there are other cars that were able to turn around and go back out on the road? That makes no freaking sense to me. Please do better Bank of America Stadium

BoA Stadium is a good place to watch an NFL game (especially if the Panthers we decent in 2023!) The stadium does not have parking facilities so you need to park at private lots located around the stadium. It's kinda expensive and a hassle trying to find a lot on game day.
We reserved a spot when buying tickets thru StubHub. Unfortunately, StubHub does not release the passes until 1.25 hours before the game making tailgating impossible and it really hard to plan. You don't know if the spot is indoors or outdoors, you can't plan when to leave for the game, and you can't arrange to meet friends. They claim it falls within their FanProtect guidelines so you have no recourse. Better idea is to avoid StubHub and find another site.

Nice stadium with good view of football game. The game started at 8 pm and temp was only in the 70's but it was still hot which is expected with all the people. But the reason for the average review is because I was overcharged by one of the beer vendors - they tried to charge me $65 for 3 beers. Maybe honest mistake? Just be sure to check your total bill before paying.

Went here as a Broncos fans and really enjoyed it. The stadium was nice and it was clean, everyone we interacted with was pleasant and we had no issues. Parking isn't great but we found some within a fairly short walk. If it is an early kick off and you are in the sun it can get pretty warm, pretty quick. Loved the refillable sodas.

It no joke took us over an hour to get to our parking from about a mile away from the stadium for the 2021 Georgia vs. Clemson. Traffic was awful and whoever was directing it was horrible at helping it move fluidly. Stadium itself was decent; I don’t think they were prepare to have such a matchup on their hands because getting into the stadium took forever too. Once seated, the experience was much improved, view from the seats was good and stadium itself was pretty clean and easy to navigate.

First time at BoA stadium was for the April 23, 2022 Billy Joel concert. Nice stadium but in a horrible location. The parking is a nightmare. Traffic is a nightmare. What public transportation does exist, is not close to the stadium.

Went to this facility for a concert It was very nice and clean. Lots of security around. It was very pretty sitting outside for the concert. However a storm came up with lightning so they issued a severe weather threat and we all had to leave the seats and go inside the stadium walkways. This was not their fault, but they did take precautions l. after about two hours the show started back up again and finished I would go again.

great staff, clean area, and GREAT TIME! Was present for a concert. What a great show. Walking to the event, we parked in a prepaid parking garage that was reasonable. The walk wasn't bad and the city felt safe and secure with plenty of law enforcement presence. Venue staff were great, professional, and super helpful. Walked to the top of the stadium for our nose bleed seats, but the sound was great. surprisingly watching the sun go down, and the SC, NC, and American flag waving at the top was GREAT! we had a wonderful time and there were no problems. Thanks to all that makes this place work the way it does and hats off to the management!

I'm planning a trip for next year June 25 2023. My husband is a huge fan. We would love to meet the team. Can we meet the team players.

Are we able to do a tour of the stadium during the off season, specific date we are visiting Charlotte is on 2/15. We would really love a tour.
Written 24 January 2020
Yes, you can get tours. Always better during an actual event though, but they do offer them. I can't post the link but do a search for bank of america stadium tours and you are in luck.

Going to the Panthers game against the Saints tomorrow. This is my first time going to an NFL game but, unfortunately it’s supposed to rain. Is there somewhere to go to stay dry at the stadium and will you still be able to see the game?
Written 28 December 2019
Will be there as well. You can see screens out in the concession areas. Bring ponchos and enjoy the game.

I’m going to the Falcons game on Sunday. I would like to ride the light rail to the stadium. I’ll be coming from Indian Trail NC. I can drive to a light rail station and park my care there. Which station would be the best for me to drive to and be able to park my car?

do not knwo unfortunately. i stayed in town and was walking to the stadium
sorry

We’ll be attending the Falcons game here on 23rd December. We’re British Falcons fans living in NC (weird combo huh). In the UK opposing fans need to be separated at soccer games or they’d kill each other.
We’re used to college games where we all sit together and the rivalry is tame but we’ve never been to a NFL game other Han the ones held in London.
Our seats are way high on the ‘away’ side of the stadium.
My question is will there be any trouble? The concept of sitting with home fans at a rivalry game is foreign to us and even though we’re sure it’ll all be fine, what are people’s experiences? We’ll be in full Falcons colors and clearly cheering our team (even though they have been pathetic this season). Thanks!
Written 11 December 2018
It's not a problem at Bank of America stadium - we always have opposing team fans spread all about the stadium, and if everyone is in good fun, there aren't issues. Enjoy the game!
