It's a nice venue. It's not huge so feels a bit more intimate than some outdoor venues I've been to. Nice vendor area for food and drinks (and of course they are hugely overpriced). Bathrooms are enormous, thank goodness.

The Music Factory is a unique setting of Amphitheater, restaurants and bars with loads of parking! Access in and out goes very smooth and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The show had a storm delay and everyone was evacuated from the amphitheater. But the event staff were so organized and well-prepared that the interruption was no big deal.... More

This was the second concert seen at the Music Factory and had pit access. The ampitheatre is smaller than others, which makes it a bit more intimate and not so crowded on the pit floor. At the first show, we had pit tickets and ended up on the lawn, which for the price of the tickets is a great place... More

Great venue for live music. Will be back many times over. Get VIP tickets. It's easier and you get nicer bathrooms and protection from the rain.

The seats were not too comfortable but we spent a lot of time standing because of the people in front of us. The performance was good and the room was... More

Think of your normal size ampitheatre with a lawn and cut it in half. Had lawn seats to see 311 last night, not a bad spot in the place.

Took a cab from the aloft, about one mile....Had drinks and appetizers before a comedy show. Afterwards, walked around and listened to some bands. A great safe. spot with lots of security officers around. Will definitely check out upcoming events here!

We saw Tedeschi & Trucks here earlier this week. I've been here several times before and enjoyed it every time. What some folks may not know is that this place is physically connected to The Fillmore Charlotte - the music factory is an amphitheater off the back. There are a lot of places to eat around here - this specific... More
