It is huge, full of diverse people, lots of dogs (on leash), lovely landscaping, and if you are in town the third September of the month partake of Festival in the Park, with an array of artist wares and lots of fun fair food.

Great family fun with a scenic walking loop trail. Side trails are good as well. Compares to Jetton Park in Cornelius.

We really enjoyed walking here around the pond on a summer afternoon. It was clean, with many ducks but not messy Canada geese.

No it's free. Go by for a visit. I think you will like it. Also, usually the festival happens in August. It's free also, except the parking.

Park Road Shopping Center is very close and offers a variety of places to eat as well as a grocery store if you want to have a picnic. It is on Park Road. Prints on Street runs from it to the park.
