Went to bank branch to close travel credit card. Talk us into open new rewards credit card. We were told we would earn 2.6% rewards.
We told him our current earns 2% rewards. He said we would earn more with Bank of America card. I called today to ask a question about the credit card and found out it only earns 1.5 percent. You can't believe what the people at the branch tell you. I am so angry and disgusted. Won't be charging with that card again.

Bank of America has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I would recommend banking with ANYONE else. LOST CARD? MISPLACED CHECK? ACCOUNT QUESTIONS? it does not matter! the customer service is horrible!

Customer service unacceptable. No knowledge of how to deal with banking protocols Very Rude
Doesn’t have any business being in customer service. I’ve been a client at this bank for 40 years and this is the most despicable and pitiful excuse for any customer service Her name is Mila. Doesn’t have any knowledge of banking concepts

Bank of America is not concerned with their customers. I informed them I was a victim of fraud and asked to be reimbursed since Bank of America failed to protect me. No warning. I provided proof of the fraud but they chose not to respond to me. I lost s lot of money but no word from the bank. Protect yourself. Do not bank with Bank of Smetics.
