Staying in Cashiers and decided to go to the farmers market. Produce is fresh but expense. They had peachs, tomatoes, cantaloupe, watermelon to name a few. Homemade pie and a BBQ shack. Limited parking, friendly staff and some seafood items.

The Cashiers Farmers Market on the crossroads of 64 and 107 in Cashiers NC (only 2 roads to Cashiers!) is a major seasonal gem here -- April to Nov 1. Country charm but almost chic! Very unfortunate as their produce and seafood is the freshest...More

We visited for lunch. The food was delicious and they have a few tables setup to picnic on nearby. There is a small grassy area for the kids to run around a bit. I highly recommend the brisket sandwich. The store had a lot of...More

How to tell if a place is really, really good? When you see a line of customers BEFORE they open the doors. Great market: produce, meat, wine, local jams/jellies/butters, pies. We ordered sandwiches here, as well. Due to the size of the sandwiches offered, we...More

I am a self proclaimed pie lanolin. They could have the best blueberry and peach pies that I have ever tiried. Seriously amazing flaky pies and you may want to pre order so thy don’t sell out.

Came here with a bunch of friends and we all got sandwiches at ON THE SIDE BARBEQUE which was on the side porch of the market. You order at a window and can eat at picnic tables right there. The sandwiches were huge. I had...More

Expected to see more crafts after reading other reviews but saw mostly fresh produce and other grocery products. The fresh produce looked great as did the meat and fresh seafood. Nice selection of wines, too. Some pottery, too, but I thought it was limited. Much...More

This is a very nice “Farmers Market” I would say it’s more of a craft market. That said it is a very pretty area and you will see some cool stuff. It’s a bit high priced in my opinion. But something is worth what someone...More

We stopped here because we forgot our veggie for dinner we were cooking that night. Beautiful selections of high end produce. Lovely homemade pies too! A gourmet store. We had just bought peaches in SC but theirs were bigger & the same price! We did...More

We ate lunch outside at picnic tables. Actually went to the Rendevou, first but there wasn't enough parking.

Bought several jars of jelly. They are all very good. Not sure what Mayhaw jelly is, but you could always call them and ask.

I'm not sure, but they did have a phone number listed. Maybe give them a call. They were all so friendly (:
