We are back for our 10th anniversary season, equipped with new spuds and gangway, a new pavilion deck, seating, energy bike by Rock the Bike, and an aeroponics system! Our season is April-November. Public hours on weekends, field trips on weekdays by appt.

Excellent barge that teaches children about renewable energy. It was a good example for children on how to save the planet

Best if you arrive by foot as parking is hard to come by I always love a place that's focused on education

Thee place to take your children or yourself. The barge's power source is the sun and wind. They grow different fruits and vegetables using water instead of soil. On weekends you can tour the barge for free. It's really worth it.
