Small and plopped right in the middle of a hotel/restaurant section of the Buffalo Airport area, this park caught our attention due to the huge American flag flying over head. It's not big or unique enough to be a destination, but if staying on an...More

Perhaps Mr. Salvatore (a name I have known since a toddler) was thinking differently about this, but it just feels light the height of self aggrandizement. Certainly nice artwork in the form of sculptures and statues-no doubt about that. But to then have a monument...More

A tiny little park which we captured on a short walk. Worthwhile if you are in the region; not worth a detour.

Amidst the shopping bustle of busy Transit Road, there is an impressive monument to America’s patriots and heroes. Worth seeing this attraction within of the USA’s greatest cities, Buffalo!

Pick up a booklet at the Mr. Salvatore statue and work your way through this mini park while reading about Mr. Salvatore, hearing Mr. Salvatore, and ending at the Mausoleum of Mr. Salvatore. If you can separate yourself from all that, you will enjoy the...More

Excellent time. Visited while in the area and glad we did. Beautiful landscape. We enjoyed reading the information about each scene in the park. Would be a great stop for families with young children.
