Gabriel Chocolate is Western Australia's first bean-to-bar chocolate maker. We import the world's best cacao beans and turn them into "single-origin" chocolate bars at our Yallingup chocolate gallery, coaxing out the wide range of natural flavours that emerge from the different cacao bean varieties. Taste the latest range of chocolate bars being made, and sit inside or outside near the grass at Gabriel Cafe to indulge in one of our decadent hot chocolates, salted chocolate chip cookies or hand-made, chocolate-dipped ice-creams.

The service was amazing, great staff and great tastings. The ice cream and chocolate was delicious and they offered heaps of verities of chocolate products. If we could, we would have tried the huge amount of brownies, cakes and ice creams too! Great place to...More

Unlike its larger competition in the region, Gabriel Chocolate is smallish and educational regarding the process of making chocolate. And the products are delicious! There is a very nice cafe on site, too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The staff were polite, friendly and very informative. The range of chocolate is extensive and is sourced from around the world. Plus it is gluten free !! Definitely our favourite chocolate store.

Popped in for the chocolate, stayed for the ice-cream. Being a small operation means very personal service. We could ask questions about the chocolate and the samples were delicious. It was hard to decide which ones to buy as they were all very creamy, smooth...More

This was the last stop on a long day for us and the place was delightful. The smell was amazing, and the free samples made it hard to decide which chocolate to buy. It's impressed that they get the beans in and process from scratch...More

Friendly and helpful staff, that let you taste various chocolates and explain the origin of the bean and the taste profiles. The smoothest dark chocolate I’v ever tasted especially the 90% dark was delicious. Good coffee and ice cream also on the premises.
